This is the nozzle tips are used to pick up the components. And this design can be compatible with the JUKI nozzle,
which makes possible to use the same nozzle head to pick up both Juki and this 3D printed nozzle tips.
During the design of the component, several aspect has been focus
- The capability of attach component
- Support different size of components (0603,0805 etc.)
- Easily switchable by nozzle
Nozzle dimension
- 31.5mm height
- 16mm widest diameter
The design file contains 2 size
- 0.6mm tip hole – for 0603, 0805
- 4 mm tip hole – for small chips
Note – It is very difficult to print the nozzle tip hole of 0.6mm with FDM 3D printer, so the resin printer is recommended here.
